2	c	Sugar
1	c	Lard
1	c	Sour milk
1		Egg
1	ts	Soda
1		Pinch salt
2	ts	Lemon extract

Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Roll thin and cut with cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees til done (10 to 15 minutes).
